HS5 UNTOLD LEGACY

The Ryder Belt and Rodeo Belt are not just accessories — they are artifacts of memory, resistance, and transmission.

Crafted from vegan leather with a snake-skin effect, each belt carries a duality at its core. The exterior speaks in texture and tension: a surface that recalls transformation, danger, and protection. On the inside, a light pink genuine leather lining reveals a quieter truth — softness, care, and humanity, often hidden behind strength. This contrast mirrors the lives of those whose stories inspired the collection.

The metallic hardware, punctuated with studded embellishments, draws from classic Western utility belts, reinterpreted through a contemporary lens. Functional yet declarative, each metal detail echoes both armor and ornament. At the center, the embossed “HNDRX SMILE” logo stands as a subtle provocation — a symbol of dignity, irony, and perseverance in the face of erasure.

AW25 — UNTOLD LEGACY dives into the overlooked history of Black cowboys, figures foundational to the American West yet largely erased from collective imagination. Men who rode, worked, protected, and shaped landscapes, only to be written out of dominant narratives. HNDRX STUDIOS doesn’t recreate folklore — it restores presence.

The snake skin motif extends this narrative beyond the West, anchoring it in Central African spiritual symbolism, where the snake represents rebirth, continuity, protection, and ancestral wisdom. A creature that sheds its skin but never loses its essence. A reminder that history transforms, but roots remain.

Worn around the waist — the body’s center — the Ryder and Rodeo Belts become links between past and present, between continents, between visible and invisible stories.
They hold up more than garments.
They hold up memory.

UNTOLD LEGACY is not about nostalgia.
It is about reclaiming what was always there.
