All Sales Are Final

No refunds are issued for any purchase unless the product arrives defective or damaged.

Size exchanges are not accepted. Please refer to the size guide and product descriptions before placing your order.
Defective or Damaged Products
HNDRX STUDIOS only accepts exchanges or refunds in the following cases:

The item arrives broken, damaged, or shows a manufacturing defect.

Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

Proof (photos or videos) will be required to process your request.
If approved:

You may receive a replacement item, or
-
A refund may be issued in specific cases where replacement is not possible.

Shipping Responsibility & Tracking

Once a package has been given a tracking number and has left our warehouse, HNDRX STUDIOS is not responsible for delays, damages, or loss caused by the transporter.

Any issues occurring after shipment must be addressed directly with the carrier using the tracking information provided.
Incorrect Addresses or Failed Deliveries

HNDRX STUDIOS is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and production reasons, the following items cannot be refunded or exchanged:

Clothing with size issues

Used, washed, or worn items

Items without original tags or packaging
