  All orders are shipped with La Poste.
  Please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be processed and delivered.

• International Shipping:
  Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the local carrier.
  Please allow 14–21 business days for international delivery.

• Please ensure that all shipping details (name, street, postal code, phone number, etc.) are correct at checkout.

• HNDRX STUDIOS is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

• If an order is returned to us due to incorrect information, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

• Once orders are transferred to the carrier, HNDRX STUDIOS is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the shipping service.

• However, we will always try to support you if something goes wrong.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages
